Ask them to send you proof of the debts. After you get the paperwork, pull you back up and prove to them that you paid the loan off.

I'm sure you'll say you shouldn't have to do anything... You don't IF you want the calls to continue and eventually be sued into a garnishment.

Ive been receiving calls from These same people....they have called my family members also stating there is multiple allegations against me. I called them back told them not to call me nor my family again, was told they won't stop calling, over and over and they hung up on me.

Now they are calling leaving messages stating they are going to call my employer, verudy residency a d wages.

And that failure to reply will result in a decision being rendered against me... i have filed complaints with the attorney general in my state but don't know what else i can do to get these crooks to stop harassing me!!

I also have been receiving the same Mediation Services voicemails every day for the last week from a 936 number. They don't even ask for me by name which is why I suspected a scam. If you find out for sure, let me know

I received a call today from a women name Melissa, she said I owed for a pay day loan from 10 years ago. I knew she was lying because she gave me my ex- husbands old email address.

I researched the name of the company and their located in Texas. I contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a scam alert.

I got one just this morning from them. The phone number had a 515 area code. (Iowa) Glad I checked into it on here.

They are using Texas area codes, Indian area codes, Florida area codes...etc. I've receive 4 calls/voicemail's now saying I need to call them back and if i don't i wave my right to legal counsel.

I had a call from 936 and told me the same thing about charges. That they will put on me and they was a legal. Mediation service from Monroe TX And said that to avoid charges to be made to pay to keep this to happen and Thats way I feel its a scam

If you make it a point to take some time call them about a hundred times asking questions that you know they can't answer unless they were a legitimate establishment ask them about the the company name do they have a license who's the highest-ranking supervisor on shift currently and if you can speak to them ask them about their physical address and you can mail it

I had someone call me yesterday and then called me at work saying that I needed to be home to sign something

Call them back every chance you get and ask for their address because you want to see what an office full of cowherds look like. They really like it. Lol

I too have received phone calls from this company.initially a person leaving voicemail message as Kevin Reynolds. After answering his follow-up call he asked me to verify my name and address and once I did so he hung up.

When I tried to call back the number I was calling from a message said that this number is not in service. I spoke to someone else on a later date who told me that I owe money to a cash advance payday loan company could not give me direct details as to the amount of money owed or the actual address of the business that I owe money to. I called back later, and spoke to a Nick Davenport who only would repeatedly say that I will be arrested and then I will get all the details I asked for at my bond hearing. He told me there's no one in that particular Department that can give me the information that I asked for which I advised him I work collections before and even though you cannot give my personal information to anyone else anyone in your office can give me the information I'm asking for if you are indeed asking for financial resolution.

After that point it became simply a barrage of insults including me being called ignorant and a bozo and which I continually asked for a supervisor or someone else in the correct department since he certainly couldn't have and was not trying to help me gain the information needed to resolve this situation. He simply kept telling me that I will find out when I get picked up by the police. At that point I advised him that I am former law enforcement and no one will be arresting me about an unpaid bill.

Admittedly after a childish back and forth he eventually hung up. 100% Scam.

they just called me. I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the number.. I have no business with anything or anyone in Ky so when I heard the voicemail I automatically knew what it was....Delete!

Scammers don't care about your country.. or about you.

Why in the world would you call them back in the first place?

I received a call from Kimberly who stated she was with Legal Mediations in regards to a payday loan I supposedly secured in 2012, she told me I was being prosecuted for on criminal charges and turning the case over to the state's attorney office for not repaying this supposed loan, when I asked her the name of her company again and the location of this supposed loan and the originated date and company she became quite rude, yelling and creaming on the phone and advised me the police would be knocking on my door at anytime to arrest me if I didn't make a payment at that moment. When I told her I would be speaking with my attorney she hungup. The number she was calling from was *801) 317****.

The number they are using today is: 904-930-****. Claiming they are collecting an old payday loan of $993 and that $3000 in attorneys fees will be added.

It's a total scam.

They claim they are collecting for CNG Financial.

I never heard of CNG. It's obviously a serious scam.

Julia left vm. My social was given and a certified letter is being mailed to me along with documents to garnish my wages. What is this mess?

I also got a call from 859-208-**** he was rude and was screaming on the phone threatening to take me to federal court.

I dont know how this is legal

I just got a similar call on my voicemail by somebody called "Steven Rogers" and he said that he has a case that requires my immediate attention and asked me to call him on (859)208-****. He also said that if he doesn't hear from me or my attorney that he will waive my rights to council and submit my case.

He ended his voicemail with "Govern yourself accordingly". Unbelievable.

I just received a call as well, started asking questions, and she kept talking over me...so I talked over her and then she hung up on me. I called them back, and they hung up again, and I called them back again. My attorney will be taking it from here...this should be a good time for her...

I been receiving calls all week and it's the same number( identifying themselves as Steven Rogers. The other number is 859-208-****. I'm about to report them.

They called me too number 859 208 **** spoke to a Tracey Walker gave me a badge I'd as well 74044-6 then gave me her returned phone number 859 904 **** and no one answered .how do I file a report?

okay i Just got a very similar call, her dates were way off as far as my employer and address, however she did know my SSN. I cant remember her name.

She said i took out the payday loan in 2012 and that is false.

Maybe in 2000 however i dont believe i just didnt pay it, its too far in the past for me to remember. She couldnt give me addresses to anything, not her company or the company who is supposedly going to file criminal charges against me

I live in Fayetteville,NC, Someone just called me with the same amount & the same phone number. The young lady name was Angel Locket & her supervisor name was Tracy Walker.

Is this address current? I am receiving numerous harassing calls regarding an alleged debt and intend to send a cease and desist letter.

Tried doing research on this company to no avail. Please let me know if this address for this company is still current.
