Legal Mediation Practice complaint by Ihatetygriffin
These people are PSYCHO. They call up, leaving threatening voicemails but when you try to get a hold of them to figure out what it is they want with you they're "busy" and they don't return your calls.

They are a bunch of scammers. Do not call them back. All they want is to try to suck money out of you and scare you.

I'm assuming this is in response to a Pay Day loan. Funny thing is that that loan was paid in full. So somehow these scam artists get a hold of your number and then try to freak you out.

Ty Griffin, if you're reading this: get a life.

8) Folks, this company is full of professionals, no doubt they are insistent and use tones of voice that seem belligerent, however, it does not change the fact that we owe our debt and that the debt is way wayy over due. Yes, they say " to make recommendations back to their client to pursue Legal action, in accordance with YOUR COUNTY'S LAWS, to take place there at my home and possibly at my place of employment." What they mean is you will be SERVED, with summons in front of your coworkers or family. They say it is embarrassing and it is, and it is all legal. I have never experienced them swearing at me and I have dealt with them 4 times (4 different loans) they let you run with the belief you are going to be arrested because we think that automatically. They never once said it. You do want to pay this however, because atty fees and costs, will cost us even more (considering they have a signed contract) we auto lose in court. Although you may feel brow beaten by these tactics, that is just our own guilt of the situation and the responsibility of it is ours.

I don't have any claim numbers but wanted to file a complaint regarding the above peoples and going by the name "legal mediation practice" - specificly Ty Griffin in the form of harassment.  I had to miss work, not knowing my legal rights at the time.  He claimed that I should seek legal counsel, that he could not fax or email me any documents about what he was actually talking about, he could ONLY give me the name of the company claiming I owed them money-- the list goes on.  He stated I had 2 hrs (called at 4pm est -stated I had until 6pm) to get my money together ($365.00).

Please advise on how I can proceed with this claim as I don't live in Florida but will NOT tolerate harassment of any kind -- and how did he get my work number but the company claiming that I owed them never called me.  Legal Mediation Practice found me in one day and the company claiming I owed them money couldn't find me for 5 years??!!!  I missed work due to them and expect to be compensated -- not only for missing work but for the harassment I endured verbally.  I WILL come to florida is needed.  Please advise.
